Powerful and Soft
A podcast for sensitive visionaries and world-shaping humans ready to lead with soft power. For the leaders who can finally hold their life, their purpose, and themselves with tenderness and uncompromised personal power.
For those who understand that there's a shift happening but not out there, separate from you, waiting for you to respond to it. It's happening as you and with you: in your nervous system, your capacity, your devotion and responsibility to finally step into what's calling you.
We know the old rules of leadership, built on hardness, performance, and self-abandonment are dissolving. What's rising in their place is something we don't have full language for yet: power that doesn't cost you your softness - softness that doesn't cost you your power.
I talk about what it actually takes to embody and lead from that place. I talk about embodied self-leadership, personal power, the psychology and energetics underneath both.
This is where spirituality meets strategy, where the sacred meets the practical. And where your sensitivity isn't managed, and it isn't something to fix or overcome. It's the instrument you lead with because desensitized was never the value. An open, deeply caring heart is.
These are personal reflections and soul-level contemplations on a new paradigm for how we lead, how we build, how we live.

Ep.39. 3 mistakes I did in business last year and what I learnt
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
I share the three key decisions I made in my business over the past few years that quietly pulled me off track:
- Hiring a business/marketing consultants.
- Being overly exposed to other coaches’ and entrepreneurs’ strategies and successes.
- Focusing too long on healing money patterns.
Each choice seemed aligned at the time but looking back, they were subtle ways I abandoned my personal power and creative path. I now see how those “missed takes” (not mistakes) were part of a deeper recalibration that brought me closer to myself and my authentic way of doing business.
This isn’t a story of regret, it’s a reflection on misalignment and rewiring the concept of "failure". It's about how it can happen even with the best intentions, and how these experiences brought me back to deeper clarity, integrity, and trust in my own rhythm.
This episode is an invitation to reflect on the places where you might be outsourcing your knowing, and how to gently return to the business that’s truly yours to build.
